Our Catering & Banqueting is an independent service, created for weddings, private dinners and other special occasions. For each event, we bring together trusted chefs, restaurants, local producers and professionals, chosen according to the setting, the season and, above all, the people who will gather around
the table.
It might be dinner in a historic villa, a sunset pizza party, lunch with friends or a large family celebration. We don't work with standard formulas or industrial kitchens: every menu is created for the occasion, with beautiful ingredients, local produce and cooking that remains true to Tuscany.
We curate and take care of everything that happens around the table, so that you can simply enjoy being there.

Starting in 2021, we adopted a new and exclusive craft practice: recycling used paper. In a completely eco-friendly and sustainable way, we transform the raw material into papers of rare beauty, which combine a rustic touch with a unique elegance.
Perfect for invitations, menus, and place cards, our papers are the unique touch for any event. Production is carried out on a specific order, with custom colors and textures that harmonize perfectly with the color palette and style of each celebration.
This art of creating paper, which honors the beauty and tradition of manual work, is crowned by the fact that it is produced in Lucca, Tuscany. The city, known worldwide as a major paper industrial center and the home of the Lucca Biennale Cartasia, lends its rich cultural heritage to every sheet, connecting the essence of our work to the history and culture of Lucca.

Il Grappolo Events & Weddings in Tuscany was born from the belief that the best way to discover a place is through its people, its tables and the stories shared around them.
Between culture, food and events, Lai Pereira has built a life shaped by creativity and the art of hospitality. In Brazil, she produced cultural events and spent more than 25 years working with food and gastronomy. That same curiosity for beauty, craftsmanship and local traditions eventually brought her to Tuscany, where she chose to make a home and raise her family.
Today, as a wedding planner in Tuscany and Official Extra Virgin Olive Oil Taster certified by the European Union, Lai brings this experience into celebrations with character. Alongside her is her daughter Giove, an assistant wedding planner, celebrant and writer, bringing her own sensitivity and the perspective of a new generation.
We are a Brazilian family who chose Tuscany as the place to continue our story - and we like to introduce it just as we would to friends: through the places we love, the people we know and the tables we always want to return to.
This is the Tuscany we want to share with you.
