
LAI PEREIRA
Founder of Il Grappolo Events, Lai has been working in haute cuisine, culture, and events since 1998. With a background in Product Design and an MBA in Business Management in Brazil, she has a creative yet administrative vision. Her experience ensures the efficient coordination of projects, with a keen eye for the details that create unique sensations.
In 2024, Lai deepened her knowledge of extra virgin olive oil, becoming the first person to qualify as a tasting panel expert from the Chamber of Commerce of Northwest Tuscany (Lucca, Pisa, and Livorno). Since then, she has been promoting the culture of high-quality olive oil with specialized workshops.
Since 2020, the founder has been living in Lucca, where she began dedicating herself to organizing destination weddings. She describes herself as a "Tusco-Brazilian," harmoniously combining joy and rigor. Lai is fully committed to the couples she serves, focusing on only one event per day to ensure the experience is exactly as they dreamed.
