Harmony Between Flavor and Nature: A Wedding at Fattoria Lavacchio


To celebrate their union, this Brazilian couple, with their refined palate and passion for haute cuisine, chose Fattoria Lavacchio as their setting. Situated in the hills of Florence, the winery, famous for its biodynamic wines, offered the perfect philosophy for a wedding that united elegance and a deep respect for nature.


For this sumptuous event, which brought together 120 guests, Il Grappolo Events acted in partnership with a Brazilian agency. While the main wedding planner was fully dedicated to the couple, our team took on the organization of vendors and the event's structure across various areas of the Fattoria.


This allowed us to ensure that the creative vision of the wedding planner and the sophisticated essence of the couple were honored in every detail, and that the day flowed flawlessly.









Travels & Wines is a Brazilian agency that organizes trips focused on the world of wine, but since our base is Tuscany, we had many requests from clients to organize weddings here, and we always said 'no'. Until we met Lai from Grappolo Eventos.

She invited us to one of the weddings she organized in this first semester of 2025, for an American couple, in a beautiful villa in the Lucca region, in Tuscany, and it was simply sensational, in every sense.


First, because she has a very precise eye for choosing locations; she knows Tuscany extremely well, as she has lived here for many years and has been working in the wedding world for a long time.


Second, because she is methodical and organized with everything, with every detail; she knows exactly what to ask her vendors, she knows how to interact with them – she is perfect, both in Italian and English – and she always adds her personal touch to everything.


We are very comfortable placing our client couples in Lai's hands because we know that a perfect job will be done, from start to finish.
